Getting Started

This guide helps your team start with InsightMaps quickly and clearly.

The Three Apps

InsightMaps is split into three connected apps, each at its own address:

App	URL	Purpose
Login Portal	www.insightmaps.app	Sign in, create account, recover password, verify email
Map Application	map.insightmaps.app	Explore maps, analyze areas, draw, export results
Admin Console	console.insightmaps.app	Manage data sources, categories, users, and settings

All three apps share the same account system. Sign in once at the Login Portal and you can access both the Map Application and Admin Console (based on your role).

First Day Checklist

1. Confirm your team can open the Login Portal
2. Create or verify your account
3. Sign in and choose the correct app
4. In the map app, open a few layers and test a basic workflow
5. In the console, confirm categories and user access are correct

• Map users: Start with Map Application Guide
• Admins: Start with Console Guide
• All users: Review Sign In and Access

If Something Looks Missing

• If you cannot open the main workspace, your setup may still be in progress
• If you can sign in but cannot access some pages, your account role may need an update
